These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of VETS4L YouTube channels, including our Mind The Gap podcast (“YouTube Channel” and “YouTube Virtual Podcast”). Your use of the YouTube Channel and the “Mind The Gap” Podcast is governed by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not access the YouTube Channel and Podcast. These Terms and Conditions are the standard terms for the provision of services by Veterans Solutions 4 Life, LLC (“The Company” or “VETS4L”). The director of the Company is Thomas Miller (“The Senior Owner”). The Senior Owner shall not have to bear any personal responsibility in relation to the YouTube Channels and the “Mind The Gap” Podcast whatsoever.

The Company is the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the VETS4L YouTube Channel and the “Mind The Gap” Podcast, including but not limited to the copyright and any rights in the designs.
You are permitted to use the VETS4L YouTube Channel and the “Mind The Gap” Podcast for personal use, but not for commercial use, without a license from us.
You may not make any recordings of, or otherwise copy, the VETS4L YouTube Channels and the “Mind The Gap” Podcast.
If you breach these terms, you lose your right to access the VETS4L YouTube Channels and the “Mind The Gap” Podcast, and you must destroy or return any copies or recordings you have made.
Guests on the VETS4L YouTube Channels and the “Mind The Gap” Podcast may at times provide information on, or read extracts from, third parties’ copyrighted work. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are the standard terms for the provision of services by Veterans Solutions 4 Life, a limited Liability company registered in Oklahoma.
These Terms and Conditions, and any non-contractual obligations arising hereunder, shall be governed by United States Law, and the courts of Oklahoma shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
